house hunting

It became official today!

I received notice today that I have been pre-approved for the full amount of an FHA loan in Multnomah or Washington county. Somebody, somewhere must really like me because they just gave me the go-ahead to spend a heck of a lot of money!

I am in the market for a duplex.
