I have decided that I am going to sublet a place after I get back from Florida, around the 10th of September. The returning students have overrun Manhattan and all of the places seem to be snatched up. I need to give it a few weeks until the waves of returning students calms down. <br /> </p><p>Update on the job hunt: I have only applied at a handful of places but this week I&#39;m picking up the pace and will be submitting a lot of resumes to several different places.
