ikea

This past weekend Diana and I headed to IKEA（宜家家居) to pick up some household items. IKEA in China is really just the same as any other IKEA with only a few minor differences.

Our agenda for the day.

• Breakfast at the donut plant
• Mattress supercenter (She needs a new mattress)
• IKEA (It's IKEA do I need to say anything more?)
  
• back to apartment and job hunting

Update on the apartment hunt: I looked at a few more places, still nothing. I have decided that I am going to sublet a place after I get back from Florida, around the 10th of September. The returning students have overrun Manhattan and all of the places seem to be snatched up. I need to give it a few weeks until the waves of returning students calms down.

Update on the job hunt: I have only applied at a handful of places but this week I'm picking up the pace and will be submitting a lot of resumes to several different places. I'll keep you updated.
