Stress levels down and the running begins again

This week has been great. I returned to work and things are starting to work much more smoothly. I caught up on my email (well almost), the development team is pumping out good code, I hired an awesome intern and things are just looking up. I was also able to go to the gym and start my running again. I ran 1.5 miles on Monday and today I did a 2.75 mile run in about 25 minutes or so.

Even after not consistently running for over a year I can still pump out a 10 minute mile. I guess those 5 or so mile bike rides to work are helping out.

OOOhh Bike website of the week (ahhh.. whom I kidding. the year). http://www.bikely.com . It's freakin' schweet.
