Hiking

Tina and I went on an overnight hike this weekend. Here are the details of the hike.
Bull of the Woods Wilderness area(pics)

• Day 1
• Start at the bull of the woods trailhead 550
• Hike from 4300 feet to 5300 feet, bull of the woods lookout
• Trail 558, mother lode trail
• Trail 551 to Pansy Lake.
• 4.26 miles
• Day 2
• Started at Pansy Lake trail 551
• trail 548 started at elevation 4,000
• Merged with trail 550 at elevation 5,000 feet
• 3.22 miles

Although we didn't hike a great distance the change in elevation coupled with the amount of snow on the ground gave us both a good workout. All in all it was a good hike and I'd go back again.
